Zakład Produkcyjno-Usługowy s.c. (s.c. – civil law partnership) was founded in the early 1990s and operated under this name for 10 years. In 2000, as a result of ownership changes, a company: Zakład Produkcyjno Usługowy Międzyrzecz POLSKIE RURY PREIZOLOWANE Sp. z o. o. (Sp. z o. o. – limited liability company) was established.
Zakład Produkcyjno Usługowy Międzyrzecz POLSKIE RURY PREIZOLOWANE Spółka z o. o. is a company operating in the field of designing, manufacturing, installing and servicing pre-insulated pipes and fittings for underground and above-ground heating networks, as well as PE pipes and fittings for water and sewage networks and other technical installations – under the general name of “ZPU Międzyrzecz Sp. z o. o. system”
The production of pipes and fittings takes place in newly built facilities in the years 1998 – 2022
• production halls cover a usable area of 12,768 m2
• closed warehouse and roofed storage areas for finished products with usable area of 2,368.67 m2
• a storage yard with an area of 132,318 m2
Pre-insulated products ZPU Międzyrzecz Sp. z o. o. stand out from the products of other manufacturers among others, in that:
• the production of our pre-insulated products is ecologically clean,
• the service steel pipe is cleaned by shot blasting to the first degree of purity before it is insulated,
• for foaming pre-insulated products with PUR foam, we use cyclopentane, which does not destroy the ozone layer (has zero ODP),
We are a Polish producer of:
– pre-insulated pipes manufactured using the CONTI method, with or without an aluminum diffusion barrier, with a casing pipe diameter up to Dz 355,
– pre-insulated pipes and fittings manufactured using the traditional method as well as pre-insulated pipes and fittings with a diffusion barrier made of a thickened HDPE jacket
– casing pipe diameter up to Dz 1400,
– HDPE casing pipes in the diameter range from DN 75 to DN 1200 with the inner surface activated by the electrocorona method,
– machine bent pipes,
– machine bent elbows up to DN 300,
– standard heat-shrinkable sleeves,
– heat-shrinkable sleeves cross-linked by radiation,
– electrically welded joints,
– flexible pre-insulated composite pipes and fittings with a service pipe made of cross-linked polyethylene (PE-X) for underground heating networks – single and double-pipe M-Pex® system in the range of service pipe diameters DZ 25 – DZ 125,
– flexible pre-insulated pipes with a steel carrier pipe with diameters of Dz 20, Dz 25 and Dz 28 for underground heating networks – DAR-FLEX system,
– pre-insulated pipes and fittings of the ZPU Międzyrzecz Sp. z o. o. with two carrier pipes in the diameter range DN 2×20 – DN 2×250

The company operates in accordance with the principles set out in the Integrated Quality Management System, compliant with the following standards: PN-EN ISO 9001:2015-10, PN-ISO 45001:2016-06 and PN-EN ISO 14001:2015-09, in terms of design, development, production, delivery, installation and service of pre-insulated pipes and components for underground and above-ground heating networks as well as PE pipes and fittings for water and sewage networks and other technical installations. Current certificate number: JBS – 244/3/2022
From May 23, 2007 the company have a certificate issued by the international organization dealing with heating issues Euroheat & Power – this is confirmed by the certificate with the designation: No. 01/05, which approves the compliance and quality of our pre-insulated products with the requirements of EN 253, EN 448 and Euroheat & Power guidelines.
From March 21, 2012 the company has the CSTB-Avis Technique certificate, confirming compliance with the quality requirements for pre-insulated products with a steel carrier pipe. Current certificate number: N°14.1/16-2159_V2
December 12, 2013 the company was awarded Certificate No. TSP-3834-009.00 confirming compliance with the quality requirements for welding according to PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007 issued by TÜV SÜD Polska Sp. z o. o. Current certificate number: No. TSP-3834-408.02.
ZPUM manufactures pre-insulated products, the requirements of which are defined by Polish standards: PN-EN 253, PN-EN 448, PN-EN 488, PN-EN 489, PN-EN 13941, PN-EN 14419 and National Technical Assessments, issued by ITB in Warsaw, confirming the suitability of products for use in construction.
Promotional and commercial activities in the country and abroad, including: in Germany, England, the Netherlands, France, Austria, Iceland, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Switzerland, China, Spain, Denmark, Italy and Hungary is run by sales representatives and technical and commercial offices.

• adaptation of technical documentation in other pre-insulated technologies for the needs of our system,
• diagnostics of alarm systems on the construction site,
• giving opinions on technical documentation prepared by designers,
