FLEXIBLE PIPE SYSTEMS<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Flexible M-Pex\u00ae pipes<\/strong><\/p>

M-Pex\u00ae flexible pre-insulated pipes are designed for the transmission of heating media and hot water from the place of their generation to the place of reception.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Pipes are produced in two types:<\/p>

  • 6 Bar for the transmission of central heating water with a temperature of up to 90\u00baC,<\/li>
  • 10 Bar for the transmission of hot water with a temperature of up to 60\u00baC<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    M-Pex\u00ae flexible pipes are manufactured as single pipes in diameters from Dz 25 to Dz 125mm, and double pipes in diameters from Dz 25 to Dz 63mm. For 6 bar pipes, these are two identical pipes in a single insulation, while for hot water pipes there are two different diameters of the carrier pipe (on the supply the larger diameter on the condensate the smaller). The whole system also includes all kinds of fittings, such as prefabricated elbows, flat and elevated tees, Y-transition fittings for the transition from single pipe to double pipe, heat shrinkable joints, tee insulation joints, insulation terminations, wall penetrations and end caps…. These fittings are made of dezincification-resistant brass and are characterized by modular construction and simple assembly.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    M-Pex\u00ae pipes are delivered to the site in coils of up to 400 mb in diameter range from Dz 25 to Dz 125 unrolled from the coil directly into the trench. The flexibility of the pipes allows for free shaping of the pipeline route and bypassing of obstacles without the use of fittings on the network and thus the number of connections is eliminated.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The advantages of the M-Pex\u00ae flexible pipe system are:<\/p>

    • elimination of elbows and other compensating devices – pipelines are self-compensating,<\/li>
    • elimination of welded joints,<\/li>
    • increase in system reliability by eliminating joints,<\/li>
    • reduction of labor costs by reducing construction time, no testing of welded connections,<\/li>
    • quick installation without specialized tools using flat hydraulic wrenches,<\/li>
    • low pressure loss due to low roughness of the line pipe,<\/li>
    • high resistance to corrosion and chemicals,<\/li>
    • ease of collision avoidance,<\/li>
    • ease of execution- a small group of people without specialized equipment,<\/li>
    • resistance to incrustation – overgrowth of internal line pipe with scale.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      2. DAR-FLEX flexible steel pipes<\/strong><\/p>

      DAR-FLEX flexible preinsulated pipes with steel carrier pipe are manufactured in accordance with the requirement of PN-EN 15632, in the diameter range of 20, 25 and 28 mm.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      We supply this pipe in coils of up to 400 meters in length, depending on the customer’s needs.
      The thermal conductivity coefficient, determined by FFI Hanover, is 0.023 W\/mK.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
